Sean has a passion for helping people discover the wealth-building potential of real estate. He founded the investor-focused Realty Partners Services brokerage in 2020, after decades of experience launching new ventures -- and is also a Broker Associate and Compliance Officer for agents at La Jolla-based AK Broker.
Sean graduated from UCLA, then spent 25 years in television news production and management, winning multiple awards in Los Angeles and later expanding news operations in Memphis and San Diego. After purchasing several rental houses and joining an investment group that bought four more, Sean also began selling real estate full-time in 2010. Since then, he's wholesaled or sold more than 210 properties across San Diego County.
Sean has also helped his industry reach new levels of professionalism. He was elected to the 2019-2020 Board of Directors of the Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors, and led PSAR's weekly East County broker caravan from 2015 through 2020. Sean is also chairman of San Diego's Broker Independent Group, and was honored by his peers as PSAR's 2015 East County Realtor of the Year.

Martine Hillier has a deep background in the mechanics of bringing real estate transactions to the finish line. She's a board member and Corporate Secretary for Realty Partners Services Inc., and a Certified Transaction Coordinator. Martine began as a Transaction Coordinator in November 2015, and has T.C.'ed files for multiple agents. Martine received her California Dept. of Real Estate license in early 2021. Before entering real estate, Martine spent decades working in retail, banking and medical insurance coding. In addition, Martine lived and studied in Spain for two years. She's fluent in both French and Spanish, and a member of the San Diego Swiss Club.

Casey Murray is not only a Realtor, he's also a CPA and an experienced investor -- born and raised in San Diego.
